Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 July 2026

These terms govern use of the Woyalty appointment-booking platform (“the Platform”). Section A applies to everyone. Section B applies to businesses that subscribe to the Platform. Section C applies to customers who book appointments through the Platform.

A. General

1. Acceptance

By using the Platform you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. The Platform’s role

Woyalty provides the booking software. Each appointment is a transaction between you and the listed business — Woyalty is not a party to that transaction and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of the services you book.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Fiuu (formerly Razer Merchant Services) via FPX, card, or e-wallet. Woyalty does not store card numbers or banking credentials.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Platform, including by making fraudulent bookings, probing or disrupting the service, scraping data, or sending messages to recipients who have not consented.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is” and Woyalty’s total liability arising out of or in connection with the Platform is limited to the fees paid to Woyalty in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction.

B. Business subscribers

1. Accounts and plans

Plans are Free, Pro, and Business, billed monthly in Ringgit Malaysia at the prices shown on the billing page, plus any per-branch charges and WhatsApp message credits you purchase. New businesses receive a Pro trial; when it ends, the account falls back to the Free plan unless upgraded.

2. Recurring billing

Paid plans renew automatically each month by charging your saved card token via Fiuu. If a charge fails, we retry over a grace period before downgrading the account to the Free plan. You can cancel any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Fees already paid and prepaid message credits are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Your customers’ data

You are the data user for personal data your customers submit when booking with you. You must comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, only message customers who have opted in, and honour opt-outs. Woyalty processes this data on your behalf as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Your listings

You are responsible for the accuracy of your services, prices, deposits, no-show policy, and operating hours, and for delivering the services your customers book.

5. Suspension

Woyalty may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the messaging system, or create fraud or legal risk. Where practicable we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy first.

C. Booking customers

1. Bookings and deposits

A booking is confirmed when the business accepts it and, where a deposit is required, when the deposit payment succeeds. Deposits are set by the business and paid to the business.

2. Cancellations, no-shows, and refunds

You can cancel via the link in your confirmation message. Cancellation windows, no-show policies, and deposit refunds are set by the business you booked with — contact the business for refunds. Prepaid packages and loyalty points are issued by, and redeemable only with, that business.

3. WhatsApp messages

Booking confirmations and reminders are sent via WhatsApp only if you opt in. Reply STOP or BERHENTI at any time to stop receiving messages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the Platform, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
